A personnel word from Jerry

Special Greetings in the Joys and Love of the Lord Jesus!

First let me say that I appreciate any and all “prayerful consideration” of this ministry.  It is my desire to serve the Lord whenever, wherever and however the Holy Spirit leads.

This information package contains some of the opportunities that the Lord has allowed me to experience in serving Him. I give Him all glory, honor and praise.  This information will inform you more about the ministry and music activities of the last 35 years. I didn’t think that was enough to know about me so I wanted to take this moment to write from my heart and to share a testimony for the Lord Jesus.

Our Heavenly Father, the Lord Jesus and the precious Holy Spirit have shared their wonderful and glorious fellowship as I have traveled many miles through the years.  I am so thankful for their Love and Grace throughout my journey.  It has been a great honor to be called to serve Our Lord and the work of His kingdom.

My life has not been without peril or mistakes but it has always been my prayerful hope that the trials, troubles, victories, joys and even pains can be used by Our Lord to encourage or direct others in a more obedient and victorious journey of life.  I have learned the value of the Word of God daily in every situation.

In the last few years I was bedridden with cancer and told that I might never speak again or live.  I came to the place that I thought I would never preach, teach, sing or travel again in this life.  As I prepared my heart to meet the Lord face to face, I learned some powerful things about myself.  Then one day outside of a hospital, the Lord spoke to my heart and said, “This is an assault against your gift when are you going to stand?”  As I responded “I’ll stand now” my life began its journey back. Praise the Lord!  Over the last couple of years and months my life literally has started again.  My testimony is about the experiences and victories on the road back.  In this journey I have learned that God loves me more than I can even fathom or think.  My desire is to love Him more. I want to use my gift to glorify Him in every way.  I am so thankful for family and the gift of friends. I enjoy laughing and life.  I now take more time to smell the roses and to look at the clouds then I ever did.  I take moments to examine myself and find where the intent of my heart is.

Thank you for your time.  I have learned that it is a most precious gift from Our Heavenly Father.  As the Lord leads I look forward to meeting and knowing you personally.

Your eternal fellow servant in Christ Jesus,   Jerry Arhelger
